Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearn how to control the ball, passing ,shooting and touch ETC.
Lesson 11+Take every skill and take it into a scrimmage against ex pros such as myself or with other coaches.
Lesson 4-10Leaning the advanced skills such as taking players on and being able to finish/ defend in front of goal.
Lesson 2-3Applying the basic skills that we learned in the first lesson to a real in game scenario.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonSeeing exactly where the player skill level stands as we want to make sure we work on the right balance of skills and technique.
Lesson 11+Practice makes perfect and if you want to make it pro or D1, you’ll have to become the best version of yourself and perfect the basic skills and technique.
I will apply tactics to these trainings and in game situations .
Lesson 4-10We will work on transitioning from offense to defense or defense to offense in order to ensure that everything we have practiced can be applied in game.
Lesson 2-3For offensive minded players, we would work on attacking scenarios where we will focus on the technique.
For defensive minded players, we will work on clearing your lines and keeping your back line intact.
Youth players
Working with kidsTaking the opponent out of the training session and having them focus just on the basic skills as that will set the foundation for the future.
Working with teenagersAt a certain age the basics must come naturally, when working with older kids having them apply the skills to in game scenarios which will help them in the future.
