Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson with a beginner is always basic stuff just to gauge the skill level
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will just continue to further your soccer abilities on whatever we feel is necessary
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be a mixture of everything. Some people may need to work on more specific things while others might need to work a broad range of things
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will be getting more into depth of what I think is needed to improve
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is gauging the skill levels
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will be working on things we have talked about to make them feel comfortable in their abilities
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be based around things I still think they need to work on and specific things they may want to improve on

Youth players
Working with kidsI’ve worked with kids almost my whole coaching career. Understanding that some days they may just not be feeling it and the sessions need to be a little more fun is something I find important
Working with teenagersTeenagers are always an interesting age to work with as they are going through a lot throughout these years. I like to keep the sessions engaging and fun while still focusing on improvement
