Youth players
Working with kidsSessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills, coordination, balance and confidence before applying these movements with the ball. Activities are age-appropriate, engaging and designed to build a strong technical foundation through ball mastery, dribbling, passing and receiving.
Working with teenagersSessions place greater emphasis on cognitive development, scanning and decision-making. Players are challenged to recognise information earlier, make effective choices under pressure and apply their technical skills within realistic game situations tailored to their position and individual needs.
