Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is just to evaluate physical shape and skill to understand a game plan.
Lesson 11+After all of those trainings and self practice you will usually start to practice more of your skills at once during training to get a broader growth.
Lesson 4-10To make sure your body can keep up with the skills your learning we start adding more workout style training to your practice.
Lesson 2-3Start doing focused trainings to help catch up some lacking skills
Youth players
Working with kidsFor kids who I started coaching at a younger age it’s more about making them grow with the right foundation so the next steps when they’re older is easier.
Working with teenagersFor teenagers the skill range is much broader so at first we find the level then move forward with a plan to patch up any needed skills

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
