Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I keep it simple and fun. I introduce the player to basic football movements like passing, receiving, dribbling, and shooting using easy drills. The main goal is to help the player feel comfortable, enjoy the session, and build confidence without any pressure.

Lesson 11+We focus on game awareness, advanced drills, and preparing for full matches. Players start to find their strengths and favorite positions. Training becomes more challenging, with focus on discipline, tactics, and consistency.

Lesson 4-10We begin adding structure and teamwork. Students learn positioning, movement off the ball, passing under pressure, and simple tactics. Training includes mini-matches to help them understand the flow of a game and make quick decisions

Lesson 2-3These sessions focus on improving the player’s technique. We work on ball control, dribbling in space, passing accuracy, and basic shooting form. I keep the atmosphere positive and supportive while introducing fun competitive games.

What you need to bringPlayers should bring their own water bottle, cleats, shin guards, and come ready to train
