Your first lessonI want to get to know my players and how long they have been playing, I would want to know what they look to learn for the next few weeks
Lesson 11+With remaining lessons we will expand on other skills and have all around mastery of other abilities
Lesson 4-10By this time the player will likely have mastered some skills and have the ability to use them as needed in matches or any game scenario
Lesson 2-3The player can expect to learn new things and how to learn them efficiently in practice
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWith the first lesson I will get to know the players and get a basis of what their strengths and weaknesses are and start with a more general session
Lesson 11+At this point the player should have mastered a few weaknesses and be comfortable using them in matches or game scenarios
Lesson 4-10At this point the player will have developed on weaknesses and feel more comfortable using these abilities
Lesson 2-3With these sessions hopefully knowing the players more we can do more personalized positional sessions
Youth players
Working with kidsI work slower and take more time to learn with kids, I have a more slow approach with extra enthusiasm so they don’t get sad if things don’t go right the first few times
Working with teenagersWith teenagers I can work more with pace as they can understand better and faster while still keeping the enthusiasm and energy, the players will progress greatly and gradually
