Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce myself, learn the players strengths and weaknesses. Before every session we’ll stretch and warm-up to prevent potential injuries. Run through fundamentals such as first touch, dribbling, and passing.
Lesson 2-3Work on drills implemented from my high school and club team adjusted to skill level of the trainee.
