Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasic training drills to assess students passing, shooting, ball handling/dribbling, and conditioning.
Lesson 11+We will fine tune technical skills on and off the field as well as delve into more advanced teachings such as understanding one’s position, field rotations, and how to set the pace of the game with in depth movements on and off the ball.
Lesson 4-10We will work on dribbling, technical skills, when to pass vs when to dribble and conditioning. We will also work on the fundamentals of shooting the ball and where to place shots depending on field position. We will work on shooting techniques and what type of shot to use in different on the field situations.
Lesson 2-3We will work on the fundamentals of passing the ball, receiving a pass, work on finding open players for passes.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will include basic drills of passing, shooting, defending, and conditioning to address players strengths and weaknesses.
Lesson 11+We will fine tune on previous lessons and use set skills to focus on leadership on and off the field. We will work on setting the pace of the game (speeding up or slowing down gameplay.) We will work on creating advantages and opportunities on a positional level as well as how to stand out and get noticed my coaches and scouts.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will focus on maintaining conditioning along with growing the players agility and ability to assess/react to situations both offensively and defensively on and off the ball. We will focus on field rotations, the importance of position and knowing your role on the field, and how to take advantage of position to create opportunities for the players team. We will also focus more into passing, ball control, shooting, defensive positioning, and ball settling.
