Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWarm-up: Sessions start with dynamic stretches and light running to get your blood flowing. We may incorporate a ball into this phase by having everyone dribble around a designated area.
Drills (Fundamental skills): The majority of the lesson is spent learning and drilling basic skills. This is a good time to ask your coach any questions you have.
Fundamental skills you will learn
Passing: You will practice using the inside of your foot for short, accurate passes to teammates. This is often done in pairs or with a wall.
Get the overall feel for the ball. You may start by just kicking the ball up and catching it to get a feel for the contact.introduce simple rules
Lesson 11+Apply skills learned in a low pressure setting to expert setting - based on individual goals
Lesson 4-10Focus on using both feet, building a solid foundation Even if you have a dominant foot, beginners are encouraged to practice equally with their non-dominant foot to develop balance.
Have fun! Remember that you are learning a game. Your coaches will prioritize making the experience enjoyable and positive.
Lesson 2-3Your first few lessons will focus on the most important skills needed to play the game. You can expect to learn:
Ball control/First touch: Your ability to receive the ball and position it for your next move is a critical skill. Drills will include passing the ball against a wall and controlling the rebound.
Dribbling: You will practice using both the inside and outside of your feet to move the ball. Drills like weaving through cones will help you learn to maintain close control of the ball. Mindset expectations &rules

Working with kidsCrucial for teaching kids - I coach with patience patience and positive reinforcement, and the ability to create a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning environment that prioritizes player development over just winning. I coach with clear communication , I am adaptable to teaching on an student by student basis, we all have different learning styles, I will instill how to focus on building confidence building skills and having fun while loving the game!!
