Your first lessonFirst lesson I will get to know you do some light exercise like dribbling exercises. Ill try get to know you as a person as a player where your place style is and what you’re trying to accomplish.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ for to start to apply everything we have talked into series of different drills, pushing a lot of drills from one to 10 altogether into one big session.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4 to 10 we’re gonna do some finishing crossing ping technique more tactical work.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2 to 3 will get to work starting by doing some dribbling some agility, first touch passing receiving more cognitive drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsKeeping the experience fun and enjoyable for kids , but also improving players overall.
Working with teenagersWork more on technique the small details will matter based on type of drill, will push to become the player you want to be.
