Lesson 4-10Emphasis on fundamentals since they build you and build players confidence. Building habits for position and game situations. Showing them different types of techniques to use in different situations such as shooting or passing.
Lesson 2-3More work on mastering basics and fundamentals, start showing and explaining to them things their specific position might need to do or skills sets they can add.
Youth players
