Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will be asking some questions like: What are you wanting to get out of this experience? What is your favorite genre? We will figure out your vocal range. Then we will go over some breathing exercises and warm-ups. Also, I will have you pick a song you would like to sing. Then I’ll give you some techniques so you can practice in your personal time until we meet for your next lesson.
Lesson 11+If you have progressed, for the last lesson, I would hold a personal recital at your location. You can invite anyone you’d like to experience your beautiful talent.
Lesson 4-10Once you feel comfortable with that song and the harmonies, we will move onto different genres of interest to you and repeat the process.
Lesson 2-3Will review everything we did in the first lesson and I will have you start singing the song you chose in week one. And we will start critiquing it.
Once we do that, then we will start working on the harmonies in that song. Teaching you to hear and sing each individual harmony.
Youth players
Working with kidsAll my techniques are geared towards every age. The only thing they need to do is have a desire to learn.

What you need to bringAll you need is healthy vocal cords ready to sing. If you are not feeling well in any way, I will require you to reschedule because the most important thing is, you never want to strain your voice.
Also, I sing on a regular basis and have to stay healthy to make sure my voice is on point for each event as well.
What I can bringI provide chopsticks to help with annunciation. You bring them to each lesson.
