My name is Mitchell and I offer intentional and personalized voice coaching and recording. I’ve studied opera, theater, rock, punk, metal, pop…you name it! I specialize in contemporary voice. Wanna learn how to sing with rasp? Getting ready for a college audition? Need help getting ready to record your first single or EP? Are you blowing your voice out at shows? Do you need an affordable rate to record your vocals? Just curious about how singing works? I’m here for all of it! I’ve been writing and singing with an indie rock band for the past five years, racking up millions of streams on Spotify and iTunes. I’ve toured all over the country with my band too! The voice is an incredibly personal instrument; with the right approach, I can help you take your sound to the next level in no time. Attend lessons in person or in online. I've worked with a few different voice teachers over the years, and Mitchell is by far my favorite. I've been taking voice lessons from him for over a year now. What makes his teaching style stand out to me is how cognizant he is of the way anxiety can affect your singing. I'm someone with a generalized anxiety disorder, and this has a big impact on my singing. Working with Mitchell has helped me understand HOW anxiety impacts my breathing and voice, find more confidence, and improve my technique.

Working with Mitchell has been awesome! I've tried vocal lessons in the past and have felt a tad exposed and uncomfortable, but Mitchell is very supportive and encouraging which has made the experience much more enjoyable. My body awareness while singing has improved tremendously after 6 weeks and I can only imagine what a difference I'll feel in 6 more. And this is after a couple of decades of singing regularly in multiple bands. Highly recommended.

Mitchell went above and beyond for my session! I contacted him with little notice to help with some audition prep work and he responded quickly. He was beyond professional, his studio was perfect and he offered me many tools to work with. In addition, he even took notes along with a few helpful exercises I could practice at home. He really is so encouraging and supportive and truly just wants to see you grow as a vocalist.
