Hi, I'm Emma! I’ve been passionate about singing for as long as I can remember, and I’m excited to share my love for music with the next generation of artists. Growing up, I performed extensively across Kansas City in musicals, concerts, and recitals, which helped shape my journey as a performer. I earned my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri - Kansas City Conservatory, where I had the privilege of studying under remarkable instructors who deeply influenced my craft. Now, it’s my turn to give back by helping others discover the joy and artistry of singing. I can’t wait to help you reach your musical goals—let’s get started!

Emma is delightful. She’s been working with our daughter, who happens to have Down syndrome, now for nearly 3 years. She is patient, makes the sessions fun, and knows just exactly what she’s doing. Our teenager is always excitedly waiting for her next lesson. Always on time but also flexible when we need to deviate. We couldn’t be more happy with Emma. And her voice is beautiful!

Miss Emma is an amazing music teacher. She has been teaching my 2 and half year old for 5 months and I can tell she has plenty experience teaching little ones about music. This includes playing instruments, singing, and reading music. She is very well prepared for each class and follows a format that children engage easily. She is very good incorporating music with other learning opportunities such as emotions development and logic thinking. We are so fortunate to found her and benefit our daughter with the music gift.

Emma Ferrin is a wonderful voice teacher and coach. I wanted to take voice lessons for decades but something always got in the way. At age 68 I decided I would find a voice teacher. I needed a coach because my confidence level was so low. I found Emma! She is classically trained and knows many genres of music. Emma is calm, patient, encouraging, knowledgeable and she made my sessions fun! I discovered I had a 3 octave range and a chest voice! I had always been a soprano. With Emma, I found out I had a very nice alto voice as well. Amazing! With her training, I gained enough courage to sing at a local open Blues jam session in front of over 50 people. How cool is that? I will always train with Emma! She's the best!
