Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA beginner lesson would include gentle warm up movements, then stepping up to drills that target our cadence and stride length
Lesson 11+Finally, depending on goals, we start increasing speed or distance. If your goal is to PR a 5k or complete your first marathon, we adjust volume and focus to fit your running needs.
Lesson 4-10Next sessions would include an emphasis on form with advanced drills. These drills will allow us better posture, better landing positions, and greater push off with our posterior chain
Lesson 2-3Next lesson would take the initial drills we used and we apply them to an actual run - I’ll be running with you. I correct your form in the moment with the drills

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIf you’re ready to dive in, we start with advanced drills targeting front side and back side mechanics.
Lesson 11+We’re in the thick of our training plan, or off season. Whether it’s a recovery run, aerobic base run, we start fine tuning our checklist in prep for a race or just overall improvement of running
Lesson 4-10We’re dialed in at this point with our training plan, nutrition, hydration. We spend a workout focusing on a long run/ race pace goal or a vo2 max workout
Lesson 2-3Next lessons pertain to individual goals. We’re really tuning into our form, breathing, pacing, HR

What you need to bringRunning shoes and some water :)

What I can bringI bring my camera so I can record your form before and after our session. I also bring resistance bands to help strengthen hips and posterior chain if needed.
