I've coached both youth and adult runners since 2018. I tailor my approach wholly to each individual runner—their goals, running history, current fitness level, and more. Sessions often involve a basic gait analysis and discussion of proper form, running drills such as strides and alternating tempos, and, depending on the runner's ability, laps or repeats to work on pace management. I often review basic strength training moves, dynamic stretches, and mobility drills to incorporate into a routine. I always follow up with a written assessment and recommendations for exercises each runner can do at home!
