About your rugby coach
My 25 years of experience has included playing at the club, all star and international levels, both 7s and 15s. I competed in the 2006 World Cup as a capped Eagle. I have coached at the high school, collegiate, club and all star level. I bring a wealth of experience and a contagious enthusiasm to every session. My coaching philosophy centers on fostering skill development, strategic thinking, and a deep love for the game. Join me and let's elevate your rugby journey.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start with the basic structure of the game. A simple how to play. I introduce the most important basic skills needed.
Lesson 11+Increasing proficiency on skills already practiced. Advancing skills when appropriate.
Lesson 4-10Expand on skills already practiced. Introduce new skills.
Lesson 2-3Slightly more in depth on how to play. Lots of work on the basic skills introduced previously.
