Your first lessonSetting the ground work- how to fall, how to get back up safely, how to maintain balance. At the end of each lesson I give homework to support your development and practicing outside the rink
Lesson 2-3Building the foundation - strengthening your balance, practice through obstacles, how to stop properly.
Lesson 4-10Guiding through the work - allowing my students to identify areas where they continue to need support. Then providing different challenges to address their development
Lesson 11+At this point you are no longer a beginner we can work on move intermediate skills (going backwards, how to transition, etc.)
Youth players
Working with kidsI love to work with kids and showing them on how to improve. In my day job, I work with kids on the autism spectrum and teach kiddos with new skills through behavior analysis
Working with teenagersI work with teens and adapt my lessons based on what areas they needs support.
