Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst before anything we will do a grounding meditation and a protection prayer. When the energy settles we will go over each Chackra, I have handouts with a brief overview of what causes imbalances and how to help fix it. By the end of the first lesson each student should have a basic understanding of the main 7 chakras.
Lesson 2-3We always start with some grounding and breath work followed by the protection prayer meditation. I will cover how to scan your client for any imbalances and how to translate those subtle sensations into information. We will also go over the first reiki symbol and complete the first reiki attunement, hands on practice and students will receive reiki 1 certification.
Lesson 4-10Reiki 2 covers distance reiki, how it works and the next symbol. We will go over anything that has come up since the last class. Students will learn how to use distance reiki to clear and bless objects and places as well. Students will receive hands on practice and Reiki 2 attunement. We cover information of crystals, essential oils, intro to sound healing and other ways to enhance your s sessions. We will familiarize with several meditation techniques, protect, cleansing and grounding your energy. In reiki 3 we cover cord cutting/clearing, more symbols including master symbol, hands on practice, attunement and certification.
Lesson 11+By this point students should be comfortable and confident with offering a top quality reiki healing session in person or distally.
