Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are critical for building momentum and transitioning a student from a polite stranger into an engaged learner. The primary goal is to establish a predictable routine while assessing their true baseline.
Lesson 4-10An effective approach to lessons four through ten focuses on shifting the student from passive learning to active production. After the first three lessons establish foundational mechanics, this middle phase builds stamina, bridges gaps, and introduces independent practice.
Youth players
