Hi! I'm Charlie Dawson (he/they). I have two years experience as an Embedded Writing Specialist at Oakland University, where I worked as a tutor in first-year and remedial writing classes. I work with adult students who need a little extra support and encouragement with their writing, and have experience teaching ESL students and students with learning disabilities. A first lesson would involve getting to know you, your learning goals, your communication preferences, and your struggles.
