Beginner training plan
Your first classIntroduction & about you, review goals, intro/rundown of equipment and safety, reformer warm up and workout, stretching and mobility, breath work, etc to build and gauge your bodily awareness, and decide if/what modifications you may need for your body.
Class 2-3Once we gauge where you are, we start there! Each session is tailored to you exactly to create a fun but challenging experience. We will continue building your familiarity with your body, isolation and voluntary control of muscle groups and movements from simple to complex, singular to multiple forms at a time. I am trained in ALL pilates apparatus, and you will never be bored, you will always leave excited for the next one :)
Class 4-10More specific muscle group isolation, multiple voluntary movements, complex physical and cognitive functional training. You will be better acclimated to the equipment, spring suggestions and preferences, what to feel and pay attention for in your body, and cleaning/fine tuning your form, posture, flexibility, mobility, control, balance, and engagement, building the challenges.
Class 11+Strength, cardio, control, and advancing in your training to more complex, challenging, and efficient sessions, connecting awareness and control within the mind and body and how to improve further, each session will be at or about your edge and improving
