The lesson was quite helpful, especially following up on what I worked on last week, and Sanjay's insight on training is pretty good. Though, I think I could improve my serve a bit more. Still, I appreciate the focus on progress. If you're into tennis, it might be worth trying out Sanjay for a lesson.

Honestly, I was very surprised how Sanjay was explaining the technique to my son. On the very first lesson my son was on the court playing. Sanjay put a million dollar smile on my son's face and that made me very happy. Sanjay is easy going and works great with kids.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe'll:
* go over basics, i.e., rules, etiquette, expectations, choosing right racket, holding grips, etc.
* How to play safe, tennis can be injurious sport if not properly prepared
* We'll discuss, demo and hit simple shots, i.e., forehand, backhand, etc.
Lesson 11+We'll:
*Advance techniques such as spins, lob, side attack, etc.
* Prep for tournament
* Strategies for doubles, for example shake and bake.
Lesson 4-10We'll:
* Focus on strength and weakness, i.e., if backhand is poor then we'll focus working on it, or serve, whatever it may be.
* Find the root cause of your strength and weakness and work on improving weakness while grow your strength with advanced techniques
* Work on strategy and shot placement
* Learn how to detect opponents weakness and leverage against them
* Learn how to play with partner and complement each other; instead, against each other
