I was introduced to pickleball two years ago and have been a fan and student of the game ever since. I enjoy sharing the finer points nuances of the game and seeing my students making progress in their pickleball journey. I usually play a minimum of five days a week for at least three hours per day. Occasionally I will play both in the morning and again in the evening. I am a PPR Certified Pickleball Instructor for adults and a PPR Certified Youth Pickleball Development Coach for intermediate and high schoolers.

What you need to bringDress comfortably with active wear and preferably court shoes that provide good lateral support:. Regular sneakers or running shoes are ok for starting out.
Not only hydrate beforehand, but bring plenty of water or sports drinks with electrolytes.
Don’t forget your paddle. If you don’t have one you can use one of my spares. I will provide the pickleball balls.
If we will be outdoors please bring sunscreen and a hat. A cooling towel and cold water to soak it is a good idea too.
A hand towel will be helpful for wiping off excess sweat.
I highly recommend wearing protective eyewear anytime you are on the court.
What I can bringThe venue will have a pickleball net. Come with your own paddle(s) or borrow one of my spares. I have plenty of indoor and outdoor balls so we can spend more time practicing and less time chasing balls.
