Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson prioritizing safety equipment and movement. Then, the introduction of the basics including rules, scoring, grip, stance, and strokes to get you started on the right foot.
Lesson 11+Continue training fundamentals and improving skills old and new to better your game overall. Become familiar with advanced shots like drop, lob, spins, resets, etc. to prepare you for competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Continue practicing fundamentals building consistency and focus improving shot accuracy and placement learning strategies for singles and doubles play. Increase confidence in volleys, building faster reflexes and effectiveness on the court.
Lesson 2-3Next practice consistent serves, returns, refine forehand and backhand strokes, positioning and footwork to enhance gameplay.
What you need to bringCourt shoes (i.e. Tennis/Pickleball shoes), protective eyewear, and water to stay hydrated.
