Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIt's all about paddle control and maintaining and understanding the dynamics. Once you can control your paddle you can control the game.
Lesson 11+At this point we should be playing full games with the confidence of you being able to put the ball anywhere you want on the court
Lesson 4-10Now it's time to practice back and forth with a person. Target practice as well as many many many many many more repetitions
Lesson 2-3This is all about consistency repetition repetition. The key is being able to place the ball where you want to.
