Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy program will be carried out under the guide lines of the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR).
This will ensure that each player gets maximum benefits from their training. In addition all non Dupr rated players can request their rating session anytime How ever all rating sessions will be carried as per regulations of Dupr
Introductions to the game and hands-on experience .
What does this mean ? Your session will consist of warm ups , demonstrations and drills. Direct experience with information that you can take away for DIY practice in between sessions.
Lesson 4-10At this stage we will be fine tuning the fundamentals and adding more progression to technical and tactical skills.
Lesson 2-3Revisit previous lessons for improvements in serving, receiving,returning, technical and tactical skills
What you need to bringSafety is very important, so its absolutely important that athletes have the correct footwear(outdoor court shoes) . Eye and sun protection are optional
