Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIntroduction. Paddle position, stance, dink, feet work. Я учу совершенно новичков. Начинаем с правила безопасности на кортах. Учу как правильно передвигаться и не падать. Учу хорошие стратегии. Так же Учу Вас без воды,и всяких не нужных дриллов. Только нужные советы и тактика.

Lesson 11+If you are not a quick learner, we will do it slowly at your speed. После 10 уроков у меня играют все! Дальше идут стажировка и отшлифовка ошибок,или улучшения тактики ударов. Практика делает вас лучше!7

Lesson 4-10 Repeat all 3 lessons and learn 3rd drop shot and lobs. Scoops. Transition to the kitchen. If my students have any questions and troubles, we will work on one part at the time. We will learn to protect your body and face from the bangers . How to avoid the chicken wings. How to switch and what you have to do next. We will learn the strategies as when do you need to start the transfer to the NVZ and much more. У меня уроки состоят по 3 части. Lesson 2-3Warm up, dink,serve,return, etc.. Valley, quick hands, smash. I can not share my all teaching plan. That makes me different and unique. No water,strate to the point .

What you need to bringПринесите много воды,шапку, солнечные очки. Можно принести вашу ракетку. Если нет ракетки,я принесу для вас. Красовки должны быть для тенниса,а не для бега.

What I can bringI have everything. Bring lots of water. Hat. Sunglasses if you like them. You can bring your own paddles. Get used to it. If you have not one. I have one for you. You have to have tennis shoes, not running shoes.

I live in Venice, Florida. I’ve been playing tennis at a 3.0-3.5 level for 20 years and have enjoyed four years of pickleball. For the past 2 years, I’ve been teaching total beginners, mainly Russian and Ukrainian speakers, in Venice, Florida.
