I lead yoga classes in addition to pickleball games to help fitness enthusiasts enjoy the sport and stay fit well into their 90s. My mission over the last decade has been to “prevent Pickleball from becoming Crippleball.” By integrating mindfulness with pickleball, I aim to enhance not just performance on the court but also overall health and well-being, creating a holistic approach to staying active and living a good life.
