How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst you will learn about the rules, the two most important things to know about the game that will help you understand the game. The serve. The drive.
Lesson 11+Pleading proficiency ond controlling the game, defending the lob, when and how to lob and the strategies. Tournament play, position and strategies.
Lesson 4-10Dinking strategy, both forehand and backhand and the 3 types of dinks. Proper defensive posture and position, blocking shots, resetting points. Gaining control of the game. Accuracy.
Lesson 2-3More about the serve, where, why and how and the strategy. Return of serve and strategy. Third shot drop, where, how and why. The forth shot.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonLearning your level play. Increase accuracy and repetitiveness. elaborate on player positioning and differences of strokes to direction and purpose.
Lesson 11+Preparing for tournaments with multiple drills, strategies positions, locations. The ATP and the Ernie, how to make it most of the time. How to analyze your opponent and the desires you need to win.
Lesson 4-10Practicing serve with different spins and locations and its purpose. repetitive thinking changing locations and speeds when to do the speedup and how to defend it.
Lesson 2-3Drilling many positions including gaining control of the net. Practicing defensive block and roll to the right locations. Tandem moving drills.
What you need to bringEvery student should bring your paddle, wear the proper shoes, water or favorite liquid and a towel. Running shoes are not good for this sport because they do not provide the proper lateral stability, support and maneuverability like all-court shoes do. Also running shoes may stick on the surface and cause you to fall. I highly reccoment all-court tennis or pickleball shoes. They are made specifically for these court conditions.
What I can bringI have a limited amount of demo paddles, so if you need one, I will be able to supply up to 4 paddles for you to demo. (up to 4 players) I will supply pickleballs.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
