Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI teach how to keep score initially. Then we roleplay so you have it down by the end of the lesson. I also run my machine for half of the time and teach the other half.
Lesson 11+Where do you want to take your game and where might you be struggling? I go at the pace that you are looking to advance at.
Lesson 4-10It’s different for everyone. If you are advancing we start talking and executing strategies to play winning pickleball. If not we go at the speed for you to feel comfortable with your game. Sometimes setting up games to be played so you can put your work in action.
Lesson 2-3I see how far you have come after lesson one and advance the game until you feel comfortable with as many areas as possible. Dinks, drops, drives both backhand and forehand. Serves and returns.
What you need to bringWater bottle, proper court shoes, sneakers and an open mind.
What I can bringI can provide many paddles for each lesson. Does not matter how many people. I am a head rep and can supply all the equipment
