Your first lessonPlan an assortment of drills to see your weaknesses and strengths on the court. Plan the second half focusing on those weak-points and the final quarter practicing game simulations.
Lesson 2-3Warm up, jump into drills focusing on areas with most improvement potential, variety of scrimmages, end with assortment of drills or trainee choice of drill/scrimmage.
Lesson 4-10Extended warm up touching on a variety of drills for 20 minutes, 20 minutes of different scrimmage games, last 20 on areas of most improvement.
Lesson 11+Extended warm up, then choice is up to trainee. If no preference, same as lessons 4-10.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonA variety of drills seeking for opportunities of improvement. Focusing on footwork, strategy, and consistency.
Lesson 2-3Extended warm up touching on all shot variations. Then reviewing opportunities for improvement. Doing drills focusing on those items.
Lesson 4-10Trainees choice. At this point we will know the lesson purpose (ex. improve backhand dinks & drives, deep speedups, topspin drop-shots, etc.)
