Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson focuses on understanding your experience level, learning proper grip, basic strokes, and court positioning. We’ll work on simple drills to build consistency and finish with light gameplay so you can apply what you learned right away.
Lesson 11+Ongoing lessons are tailored to your goals and progress. We focus on refining strengths, addressing weaknesses, and improving decision-making through advanced drills, strategy, and match play.
Lesson 4-10During lessons four through ten, we focus on refining technique, improving court awareness, and developing consistency under pressure. Sessions include more game-based drills, strategy, and situational play to prepare you for competitive recreational matches.
