Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is an intro to the game, vocabulary and rules. I will asses your skill level and create a plan for future lessons to build on this information.
Lesson 11+Putting it all together and working on specific shots to change up game play. Topspin, slice, defense and attacks.
Lesson 4-10We can begin to work on techniques and strategies, focusing on consistency and court movement.
Lesson 2-3The first 4 shots (serve, return, 3rd and 4th shot). How and when to hit these shots. Consistence is key to work on first.
What you need to bringCourt shoes, the paddle you play if possible, eye protection if you use it.
