Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, we'll cover the fundamentals of the game, including the rules, scoring, and necessary equipment. We'll also concentrate on essential skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes to ensure you have a solid foundation to begin with.
Lesson 11+Finally, we'll put your skills into practice with guided gameplay that incorporates all the techniques and strategies you've learned. We'll also introduce advanced shots like lobs and spins, while fine-tuning your overall performance to get you ready for competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Now, we'll concentrate on enhancing your shot accuracy and placement while exploring essential strategies for both singles and doubles play. We'll practice your volleys, dinks, and game tactics to boost your confidence and effectiveness on the court.
Lesson 2-3Next, we'll enhance your foundational skills by perfecting your forehand and backhand strokes while also working on consistent serves. Additionally, we'll introduce you to court positioning and basic footwork to improve your overall gameplay.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching children, I tailor my lessons to be enjoyable and interactive by incorporating games and activities that make learning fun. I emphasize establishing a solid foundation in the fundamentals while using age-appropriate drills and exercises to maintain their interest and energy. Patience and encouragement are essential, as I aim to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere where young players feel confident and enthusiastic about learning.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, I adjust my lessons to strike a balance between skill development and the social and competitive elements that resonate with them. I integrate advanced drills and techniques while promoting a supportive and collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork and peer learning. By emphasizing both physical fitness and strategic thinking, I assist teens in honing their skills and building their confidence, equipping them for competitive play and personal growth in the sport.
