A few things that I share are basic serves and dinks for control,
Footwork for minimal strain and
Kitchen line positioning basics along with some dynamic stretches, shadow swings, and light jogging and a cool down with Gentle stretches focusing on shoulders, wrists, and legs.
These sessions would entail, high intensity, drills, like speed, and precision, working on endurance during longer games and getting them ready for tournaments.
These sessions would consist of advanced drinking patterns, cross court and straight things and serve and volley drills.
Point-play scenarios: this lesson also covers third shot drop under pressure, Offensive lobs and counters and
Matchplay tactics with focus on stacking, poaching, etc
Slow-paced volleys and net drills
Court movement strategies to reduce effort and Doubles positioning, we would then get into Drop shots with proper technique and Soft rally games while Balancing offense and defense. We would then dive into Serving placement for consistency followed by Practicing in pairs: Kitchen line play
