As a pingpong player transition into playing pickleball, Saurabh has been really helpful in teaching me footwork, paddle angles, and game strategy. Footwork for minimal strain and
Kitchen line positioning basics along with some dynamic stretches, shadow swings, and light jogging and a cool down with Gentle stretches focusing on shoulders, wrists, and legs.
