I have competed in tournaments and now proudly serve as an ambassador for USA Pickleball. With my coaching certification from the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), my focus is now entirely on pickleball. I recently took a pickleball lesson and had an excellent experience! Rose was incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about both the sport and helping others improve. As an intermediate player returning to pickleball after about a year away, I appreciated how she took the time to assess my needs and focus on areas where I could improve. She worked with me on drilling dinks and building confidence at the kitchen line, which made a noticeable difference in my game. Beginner training plan

Your first lesson -Assessment of student’s sports background, mobility and past injuries. - Safety, stretching techniques and proper warm up - Stance, grip, point of contact - Assessment of student play/ goals - Cooperative drills to work on 1 to 2 specifics - Fun game to incorporate drill technique - End of lesson stretching and discussion about this lesson and goals for future lesson - Student will be provided with drills to practice at home between lessons *student will be allowed needed rest and breaks, I allow the lesson to go over the slotted time by 15 minutes to account for breaks.

Lesson 11+Overheads, resets, ernies, atps and introduction to fun things to do during game play. Discussion and assessment of students DUPR rating and how to organize play with compatible players.

Lesson 4-10Dealing with “bangers” (hard hitters) Retrieving lobster Third shot Getting to the non volley zone (the kitchen)

Lesson 2-3-Footwork and proper court positioning -Dinking techniques -Introduction to serving and serve returns: Assessment, drills, and proper techniques.

Advanced training plan

What you need to bringCourt shoes required- all levels. Intermediate and advanced students must bring their own paddle but we do provide paddles for beginners. Protective eyewear highly encouraged but not required.
