Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will include an introduction to Pickleball and basic strokes and end with game play.
Lesson 4-10The remaining lessons will include volleys, court movement, third drop shots, transition zone, game strategy and match play.
Lesson 2-3Lesson two will include a review of lesson one, serving and returning, and end with game play. Lesson three will include the non-volley zone, dinking shots and end with game play.
What you need to bringStudents should bring water and their own paddle/s if they have them.
What I can bringI will bring paddles, game balls and a rules sheet.
