Your first lessonLearn basic rules and dimensions of the court. Then proceed with the first shot of the game… the serve. We will cover the do’s and don’t’s and how to execute a high percentage serve into the court.
Youth players
Working with kidsSimplified Rules & Coaching: Introduce rules slowly, focusing first on hand-eye coordination. Use relatable, simple analogies such as "the kitchen is lava" or "shake hands with the paddle" for a continental grip.
Gamified Drills: Replace repetitive drills with games.
"Target Practice": Place cones or hoops in the kitchen for aiming.
Working with teenagersDrills: Teens enjoy competition, so use quick, competitive games to teach strategy rather than simple drilling. Examples include skinny singles (half-court), "around the world," or "king/queen of the court
