Honestly, I think Rick’s lesson really hit the mark for me. I was able to learn how to top spin my serve and use my hips to generate more power, which is pretty helpful. Also, I finally understood what I was doing wrong when trying to volley at the kitchen line. Though I still feel like practicing those techniques more would be beneficial, I’m optimistic about my progress. If you’re looking to sharpen specific skills, it could be worth giving Rick’s lesson a shot.
