My lessons include teaching the mechanics with repetitive drills with immediate feedback to reinforce the concepts.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start all players at the Kitchen bc it’s the most important part of the game. I also teach FH/BH baseline shots and Serve.
Lesson 11+Continued drill to address problem areas players face in their game.
Lesson 4-10As players continue to play with family and friends, they may need help to address problem areas in their game.
Lesson 2-3The next progression in learning includes more kitchen work including volleys, speed ups, resets, drop shots, lobs, overheads, and spin if the student is ready.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringWear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes… “court” sneakers shoes are best. Bring a paddle if you have one or I can help you pick from my demo selection.
What I can bringI provide the net if needed along with the balls paddles if needed.
