Beginner training plan
Your first lessoni like to start with dinking around at the kitchen line and talking about ways to hit the ball and how you get it where you want it to go. We would maybe play an easy mini game after they get a feel for hitting it. I would also go over the basics and the rules.
Lesson 2-32nd and 3rd will be a lot more games being played, and techniques and more on where position yourself on the court. Refresh on the rules as well.
