Working with kidsI would like to coach for young children because it is something I truly enjoy and feel naturally suited for. In the past, I spent four summers teaching children unofficially, and those experiences made me realize how much I love working with kids. I have always felt that I have a special connection with children, as well as the patience and understanding required to work with them. Being able to teach them, support their learning, and see their progress is something that gives me a lot of satisfaction.
Working with teenagersI would now like to coach teenagers because I would enjoy working with players who are already at a slightly higher level and who have more potential to develop their skills. In the past, I spent four summers coaching young children unofficially, which I loved and which helped me build a lot of experience, especially in teaching the basics and working with kids. However, I feel ready to take a step forward and work with teenagers, where the game becomes a bit more dynamic and challenging, and where I can help players refine their technique and grow even further in the sport.
