Lesson 11+Continue all the above. Foot work, mindset, patience and game strategy to win. ATP(Around the Post) positioning and strategy to hit winners.
Lesson 4-10Dinking and strategy. Adding top spin and bottom spin and ball placement. Multiple service techniques to throw off opponents. Ball dropping at net. Hitting slams and positioning shots and winners.
Lesson 2-3More service work. Ball striking and consistency. Volleying. Introduce dinks.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonCheck skillset to see what’s best to work on. Striking ball, serves, volleying, slams, dinks, Top spin, backspin, ball control. Footwork.
