Your first lessonIntroduction to pickleball, basic warm-up and stretching exercises,basic rules,and skills like proper grip, ready position, and footwork.Introduce
and practice forehand and backhand strokes.
Lesson 11+Focus on advanced techniques and personal growth , foster independence in play and encourage ongoing development. In this later lessons I will introduce concepts like spin serves and advance rally strategies.practice these techniques through targeted drills,encourage students to set personal goals, provide feedback gameplay , focusing areas for improvement . By the end of these lessons,you should feel confident in your skills and be equipped to continue pickleball journey independently, with a clear understanding of how to further develop your game.
Lesson 4-10Focus on introducing more advanced techniques and strategies while encouraging gameplay.
We’ll start by adding and introducing overhead shots , volley technique ,positioning and shots selection. I will organize friendly matches to apply learned skills in a game context and provide feedback on gameplay and strategy.
Lesson 2-3We’ll build on the foundation established in lesson 1 focusing technique and consistency.Introduce the concept of serve and its importance.Demonstrate the underhand and bowling serve .Introduction to Dinking-explain dinking technique and its role in gameplay.
