Your first lessonFirst lesson is about the basics of a forehand and hitting in the kitchen
Lesson 2-3Second lesson would be backhand basics while hitting in kitchen
Lesson 4-103rd lesson would be baseline cross courts on both sides of court
Lesson 11+By the 8-10th lesson we will learn about scoring, playing games and basic strategy
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor those with some experience we will practice the all court game. Will drill the forehand, backhand, dinks and touch shots in the kitchen, and serves.
Lesson 2-3I want to ensure the all around court basics are taught and practiced as consistency is key.
Lesson 4-10Continued practice with the basic strokes and proper technique. I can then introduce the strategies of the game. We can go as slow or as fast as one desires.
