Clear instructions were given for coaching session. As a beginner who doesnāt have a place to play, I didnāt know where to go. Luckily, Matt has his own private court on a rooftop. Aesthetically, the court was top notch. His easygoing personality put me at ease as I normally shy to go to the gym and workout.

Didnāt know if I wanted to make the investment to buy paddles, balls, and a net so I signed up for a beginner lesson since it was free if I didnāt like the experience. Came for the no risk. Stayed for the complementary coffee and tea. Matt was a great instructor who was engaging, empathetic, and patient!

Perfect instructor for anyone looking to dip their toes in a great new aerobic exercise. I didnāt realize how many calories I burned. He made it seem effortless. The warm-up run, the introduction, the practice, and the mini-games were a nice touch to spice things up.
