Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI love working with beginners! We’ll cover the basics—rules, scoring, serving, and simple rallies—so you can start playing right away and having fun on day one.
Lesson 11+Here we’ll polish your game, adding advanced shots and strategies while playing real points. You’ll continue progressing toward strong intermediate or competitive play, depending on your goals.
Lesson 4-10As your skills grow, we’ll work on strategy, shot selection, and positioning. This stage is about moving toward intermediate play and learning how to play smarter, not just harder.
Lesson 2-3We’ll focus on avoiding common beginner mistakes and building consistency. My goal is to help you move from brand-new to advanced beginner quickly so you feel confident in games
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll start by assessing your game—strengths, weaknesses, and goals. From there, we’ll focus on drilling core shots and identifying key areas to improve
Lesson 11+We’ll refine advanced strategy, patterns, and mental toughness. The goal is to move you from a solid 3.5 toward strong 4.0–4.5 play through consistency, smarter decision-making, and confidence in every shot.
Lesson 4-10This stage is all about repetition and pressure drills. We’ll sharpen serves, returns, dinks, and third-shot drops so you can execute 80–90% of the time. You’ll also get plenty of live play feedback.
Lesson 2-3We’ll work on shot selection, smarter point construction, and avoiding low-percentage plays. The focus is building a strong base of consistency.
What you need to bringPlease bring water, court shoes (non-marking if possible), and your own paddle if you have one. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and be ready to play!
What I can bringI provide paddles, balls, and any training gear needed for drills, so don’t worry if you don’t have your own yet.
