Beginner training plan
Your first lessonHelp pickleball beginners by focusing on underhand serves, getting to the kitchen line, dinking, and court awareness. Emphasize keeping the ball in play and having fun!
Lesson 11+Pickleball lessons 11+ focus on advanced strategy, refining third shot drops and drives, advanced dinking, court positioning, communication, power/control, and competitive play analysis.
Lesson 4-10Pickleball lessons 4-10 will refine serves, groundstrokes, volleys, and dinking. Movement, shot selection (lobs, drops), anticipating opponent moves, and playing practice games will also be key focuses.
