Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMost important is to see what the player knows first and then we can work on that to better the skills and how they think while playing pickleball.
Lesson 11+11+ are for everything that was learned to be implemented into their game and how they see the game of pickleball, with having a full confidence aspect.
Lesson 4-104-10 are to see how the player can implement what they have learned and see how much they have improved from the beginning.
Lesson 2-32-3 lessons are for bringing up confidence, and to see what they picked up on
